Money,money,money…..it's a twisters world. I woke to the dulcet voice of money saving expert Martin Lewis giving wisdom and advice on how to maximize the use of your meagre income. I admire and like Martin Lewis but I don't understand a word of it. Well,I do a bit but like many people I can't do it. Our brains are wired up all wrong. We are irrational and led by emotions and feelings. In other words we are human beings not bots. I hear voices on the radio,and I'm taking names,saying that AI implanted in unfortunate people is the evolutionary and rational next stage of development for humans. See,this is why old Fart In Your Face Shit Pants Darwin held off from publishing his Book of Lies for as long as possible. Not really because he hated arguments,he did. But because he knew his work,or the work he stole off someone else,was part of an agenda to change the direction and focus of human society. The Lie is not in the bare facts or the idea of life forms evolving over millenia (evolve,a word that occurs only once on the last page in Origin of Species.) But,the scientists and thinkers claim,Darwin wasnt advocating cruelty and the strong beating out the weak,and “Survival of the Fittest “ was a term coined by Herbert Spencer (the Ben Shapiro of that day). Well,the flaw in that assertion is that Darwin,like Wallace and most other higher status 19th century people equated “fitness” to breed and desire to breed with being more BEAUTIFUL,of higher intelligence,of bodily fitness,all that muscular Christianity,being well read and informed on philosophy and yes,geography and the sciences.

So to all these high minded 19th century persons the only reason ugly poor people bred was because of poverty. Once everyone enjoyed some security of income then everyone would aspire upwards thus only smart,attractive people would breed with each other and produce more smart attractive people and the ugly,poor people they wouldnt be getting any ha ha ha. But the 20th century and in western societies at least,a modicum of welfare has shown that given more security ugly poor people do get it on! Which would have surprised good-hearted Wallace but not gloomy old Darwin. Wallace in one of his letters says that the only real point of contention or disagreement between him and Darwin ( Wallace was friends with them all,he even got on with Huxley!) was their opposing views on Human Nature. Wallace being all sunshine and Darwin seeing people as rather darker! So the Theory of Evolution was needed to back up the Industrial Revolution that had disenfranchised three quarters of the British population,legally robbed them of their plots of land,denied them any way to make a living and forced them into a grimy and miserable subsistence in utterly inhuman conditions in filthy overcrowded slums. The theory of Evolution,true or not,was needed to justify this state of being. It was actually INTRODUCED TO JUSTIFY the concept that the Winners deserved to Win and the Losers to lose. We are now seeing that most of what is named Science is just thin air,wear a white coat and have an ology. Create a bio-weapon from an eye of a toad and a wing of a bat,tell everyone it's PANTS and they must all stay home. So you own a beautiful vase. It was in your Mums house and before that your Nans house. Now it's on your mantelpiece. It's small and pretty and the cat has knocked it off to the floor several times but it's survived. You take it to an Antiques Roadshow in your area and discover it's a rare Ming vase worth several million pounds. You hope your neighbours won't be watching this when it goes out. The expert has recommended you insure it and you faint when you find out how much you'll be paying each month forever to keep it on your mantelpiece. If you live another forty years you'll have paid it's value twice over. It's now an UNDER-UTILISED ASSET and you don't deserve it. You can't afford to have it now. Now it's no longer just an old China vase from your Nans house. It now costs you too much because even if you don't insure it as an individual item,the company to whom you pay your Home Insurance payments want to put up your monthly payments unless you install expensive security equipment. That's the punishment for UNDER-USING an asset. Everything in life should be utilized to its maximum potential.

Back in the 1980s our local media had a story about two brothers both in their 80s who ran a butchers shop at Bridgwater in Somerset. They had inherited it from their Dad,50 years before. They were old school gents and because they were sited in the poor part of town, (that's most of Bridgwater,God,what a dump), they had spent 50 years selling small portions of meat at affordable prices to their indigent customers,many of whom were old pensioners on basic state pension. As both brothers were not money orientated and cared naught for profit when they shut up their shop they got a huge TAX BILL from HMRC or whatever it was called then. The Tax representing the Treasury said that it was of no concern or interest to them that the customers were frail,and old and poor the fact that these brothers had not charged the commercial price meant they had spent fifty years defrauding HM Treasury and now they must pay. I don't know how the story ended but HMRC doesnt usually let anyone off.

So you see, under utilizing an asset is already looked on askance but if the proposal to introduce Land Value Tax goes ahead it will apply to your GARDEN. This is not a joke,this is as actual as that 3 Ukranian pretty boys are in court right now because they played cards with “Sir” Keir Starmer (crazy name,car-a-zee guy),are we hearing a peep about this in the media,so a similar obscure silence is hiding Land Value Tax,plans for,from us. It's all about taxing the value of an asset that YOU are not using to its fullest extent. And unlike our British Council Tax that you pay on your home which if you don't pay you may ultimately go to jail but no matter what you retain ownership of your house,well,the Land Value Tax is going to be administered after the USA model. So if you get into arrears and can't pay,the State has the legal right to take the land off you. Don't imagine this applies to landowners,farmers and people with six acre gardens ONLY,that's the trick they will pull to get it past you. Your ordinary size suburban garden is big enough to have one half chopped off and a migrant house built on it. That is the ACTUAL PLAN. I'm telling you now to warn you. They will spring it on us fully formed. Charlie Farley will sign it off and acres of land in places people want to live,because there is facilities and crappy doo jobs,will become available.
